Why should I not be surprised by this, taken from the Sunday Express?
“POLICE will be ordered not to charge Muslim extremists in many hate crime cases – to stop them becoming more militant.
“Guidelines will tell forces to press for conviction only in cases of clear-cut criminal acts.
“Officers will be advised not to proceed when evidence of lawbreaking is “borderline”.
“Examples of crimes to which a blind eye may be turned include incitement to religious hatred or viewing extremist material on the internet.
“Last night critics warned that the move could mean Islamic radicals being give the freedom to encourage violence.
“Some saw the move as a politically correct attempt to appease extremists who hate Britain.
“It could even mean officers tolerating many activities of Muslim preachers of hate like the hook-handed cleric Abu Hamza.”
My feelings are if you have a law, then it’s a law – you enforce it come what may! If the damn law’s wrong, you change it!
You never adopt a policy of one law for one section of society, but not for another. Therein, folks, is the road to hell. You simply undermine the entire structure of law!
“A senior Whitehall official said the guidance was being drawn up as part of a drive to use persuasion rather than the criminal justice system to fight extremism.”
So I guess the same’s going to apply to the BNP, is it? We’re all going to turn a blind eye while they preach hatred, religious and racial, and incite violence (because that’s what always happens when you allow incitement of this nature!)
VIOLENCE!
Another winner from our Gordon!
See HERE.
I find this very disturbing. It would appear, if the police officers are correct, that a message in Christ’s gospel is now illegal in the UK? On the other hand, no mention was made by Mr. Robertson of homosexuality…so now we have a situation where a simple accusation is sufficient to silence anyone?
RIP freedom of speach and debate!
Oh dear…according to the Daily Mirror four cars are damaged daily by our esteemed constabulary who, so it would seem, are unable to tell the difference between petrol and diesel fuel pumps – the consequent repair bills average £6,500 per week for the past three years!
Yes, that’s around £1m in errors.
The worst offenders (is that the correct word?) are the Met police whose officers confused petrol and diesel 671 times in a three year period leading to an expenditure of £192, 212 to correct the errors.
Ummm. Perhaps a big red P and a blue D on the pumps might help? Supported of course by several hours of retraining?
Police arrest innocent youths for their DNA?
June 8, 2009

Question: “How do you catch tomorrows criminals today?”
Answer: “You arrest them before they commit a crime!”
How the hell can you do that?
Easy. You arrest the kids from a known “trouble black spot”. You don’t need evidence or crap like that – you just act on “intelligence”…put it another way, you act on rumour and hearsay…anyhow, you make your arrest and in doing so you get fingerprints and DNA. That goes on the database and when the little darlin’s turn to a life of crime later, well, you’ve got the evidence to convict ‘em…providing that is they leave their fingerprints or a DNA sample behind.
Surely not, you say.
“long-term crime prevention strategy“ it’s called. And it’s as British as curry and chips!
“A Metropolitan Police officer made the claims after figures were released showing that 386 under-18s had their DNA taken and stored by police last year in Camden, north London.”
Children, some as young as 10 years old, are being targeted by police (so it’s claimed) – this, despite the recent ruling by the European Court of Human Rights!
“The officer said: “Have we got targets for young people who have not been arrested yet? The answer is yes. But we are not just waiting outside schools to pick them up, we are acting on intelligence.”
Oh goody, I was a tad concerned that the police were out their disguised as Lollypop Ladies ready to handcuff the first little blighter to exit school!
The officer added: “We are often told that we have just one chance to get that DNA sample and if we miss it then that might mean a rape or a murder goes unsolved in the future.”
Oh, well, that won’t do at all, will it? That justifies any kind of behavior, doesn’t it? What about the reintroduction of torture? Why can’t suspects be beaten with rubber truncheons until they confess…after all, torture someone long enough and they’ll confess to anything! Case closed! 100% success rate! Target achieved!
British MPs get away with shafting bending the law…while innocent kids are stopped on trumped up charges, their DNA taken and stored. Hey, wonder what colour most of those kids are?
Child abuse takes many forms…perhaps someone should let the police know?
Sick Britain

A five year old sets fire to his bedroom to force his parents to move? See here.
What the hell’s going on? We spend ever increasing amounts on our police force but they seem as ineffective as ever? This has been a bone of contention for years. See here.
“Academics said the cost of policing for each taxpayer was higher than every other developed country in the world and has increased by more than £4.5 billion (43%) since New Labour came to power 1997. They said not enough had been done to address a lack of national co-ordination on serious and organised crimes such as gun violence, drug smuggling and people trafficking.”
And will anything be done about it? Watch this space.
And a twenty year old known as scarface gets a minimum of 26-years. Unfortunately his victim got life. Or rather lost his life. See here.
